She needs a roommate to help her out with the house payment. She has a very nice 2500 sq foot 3 bedroom home in the Caddo Mills, TX area. She also has a 4 stall barn with plenty of pasture. Horses are welcome. No smokers please. She is asking $495 per month and if you have horses an additional $125 per month per horse for self care.
